Scopes we can't price from a form: a large structure, or a custom architecture touching several tools (multi-integrations, ERP, HRIS, on-premise). We scope it together, then price it.

Simpler automations (dues follow-up, notices) stay at the standard Essential rate, from €200 excl. VAT — no extra discount needed, they're already accessible.

What we maintain

A delivered workflow isn't a finished workflow. Four commitments, with no numeric SLA and no promise we can't keep.

Your automations don't age

We monitor the state of the art in models and tools. When a more capable version exists for one of your workflows, we test it — then update it after your approval. When a new automation becomes relevant to your business, we suggest it to you.

Security and sovereignty

Your data flows through n8n, hosted in Germany, and through Mistral AI, hosted in the European Union. Human validation on every committing action.

Maintenance

When a third-party tool changes — a vendor changes its export, an API evolves — we fix it so the workflow keeps running. A small, responsive team, not a 24/7 call center.

Training

Initial onboarding is included in the build. If your teams change, or new automations arrive, later training sessions are covered by the support plan.

Two separate recurring lines, never mixed up:

Infrastructure (n8n, Mistral): €80-300/month, billed by NBHC. Mandatory — it's what keeps the build running, independent of the support plan, which stays optional.

NBHC support (the 4 pillars above): the amount depends on what actually applies to you — the size of your structure, the number of automations, standardised or custom. In regulated sectors, regulatory monitoring is included.
